Elbow macaroni of U.S.A. high plains organic Khorasan (kamut®) wheat, an ancient grain recently revived. Its large gold kernels make superior whole grain pasta that is sweet and smooth. Many sensitive to modern wheat enjoy this grain.

Made at the Eden Organic Pasta Company on vintage Italian equipment with brass dies and slowly air dried. Rich in thiamin B1, magnesium, zinc, and manganese. A good source of protein, fiber, and iron. Enjoy in salads, soups, and casseroles. Packaged in a reclosable, recycled and recyclable box with a tasty recipe and its photo on the back. 

Directions

Cook 10-12 minutes in rolling boil.
